Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love what you purchased, but in case you do not please send us an e-mail at msquare@neetumalik.com to request a return or exchange.

Note that only items purchased online through msquare.clothing will be accepted for a return, exchange or refund. All other mSquare items must be processed where they were originally purchased.

Refund Policy

mSquare will accept returns within 14 days of when your full priced garment is received. The garment must be returned in its original condition, free of perfumes, tags attached, not altered, worn or washed. We are unable to refund any clothing that have been damaged. 

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. 

Clearance items are only subject to exchange for another size and not a full refund. 

Exchange Policy

To request an exchange - please email  msquare@neetumalik.com.

Please do not send back garments without an exchange authorization. 

Exchanges for all garments are to be made within 21 days from the time you receive your garment with all tags attached in its original condition and free of perfumes.  

If available, we'll be happy to exchange for a different size or color.

Return Policy

To request a return please email msquare@neetumalik.com. Please do not send back garments without a return authorization.

mSquare will accept returns within 14 days of when your garment is received on all full-priced garments that have not been altered, worn or washed.  

Clearance items are not eligible for return.

mSquare reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not come back in the original condition it was sent out in or if it is out of our return/exchange period. 

Shipping on returns/exchanges will be on the behalf of the customer and will not be covered by mSquare.
